Drive B2B and B2C sales, manage and expand distribution partnerships with banks, distributors, and advisory firms, achieve revenue targets, conduct market and competitor analysis, plan resources, coordinate with investment and operations teams, and ensure channel-partner and client compliance.

Conduct company, industry, peer, financial, and valuation analysis; develop investment frameworks; identify investee companies; prepare diligence checklists and investor presentations; lead analysis and recommendations for the investment committee; mentor junior researchers; collaborate with investment banking and equity teams; and coordinate with fund management, compliance, and operations teams on fund setup and management.

Supports end-to-end investment banking transactions across sell-side and buy-side mandates. Responsibilities include industry research, market mapping, mandate pitches, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and preparation of information memorandums, teasers, pitchbooks, and other deal materials. The analyst also coordinates data rooms, due diligence, transaction documents, and meetings while serving as a key deal-cycle contact.
