Provide individualized case management for Project Break Free clients: assess needs, develop safety plans, locate safe affordable housing, connect clients to services, accompany/advocate with DSS/court/law enforcement, maintain case records, support financial education and credit repair, and collaborate with community partners.

Conduct internal investigations of client incidents/complaints from NYS oversight agencies and internal reports. Interview clients and staff, gather and analyze evidence, manage NIMRS entries, write investigation reports and Letters of Determination, present findings to leadership and Incident Review Committee, identify systemic issues, implement corrective actions, and provide training. Manage a large caseload and close investigations within regulatory timeframes.

Perform accounts receivable and Representative Payee cash management tasks: enter transactions into QuickBooks, create deposits via Remote Deposit Capture, maintain RPM records, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, update fixed asset and depreciation schedules, conduct petty cash audits, support collections and grant-related receivables, maintain financial files, and assist staff with financial reporting.

Coordinate and deliver developmentally appropriate services and activities for children in a domestic violence shelter; complete needs assessments and service plans with parents; enroll children in school; connect families to community resources; provide childcare, hotline intake, case notes, mandated reporting, and maintain program supplies and play spaces.

Provide individual and group psychiatric rehabilitation within a PROS program: manage a caseload, conduct intakes and assessments, develop recovery plans, deliver psychotherapy and evidence-based group services, coordinate crisis and co-occurring disorder treatment, assist with benefits/housing/employment, supervise interns, and maintain documentation, certifications, and professional boundaries.

Provide comprehensive case management and crisis support for domestic violence shelter residents: conduct intakes, needs assessments, safety plans, and enroll children in school; accompany and transport clients to agencies; maintain records and hotline coverage; coordinate services, community partnerships, and serve as NY Civil Legal Network contact.

Provide administrative and program support for Domestic Violence Services: maintain databases and client records, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, manage purchase orders/invoices and department mail/supplies, coordinate outreach and events, respond to 24-hour hotline/crisis chat, provide crisis intervention and case management support, assist with shelter placement and client transport, and collaborate with staff and community partners.
