Performs broad HR operations, including HRIS maintenance, benefits and leave administration, payroll reporting, recruiting support, employee relations, compliance, insurance claims, open enrollment, policy administration, and employee assistance. Provides guidance on HR policies, trains staff on payroll applications, resolves benefit issues, maintains regulatory records, supports audits and reporting, and coordinates loan forgiveness programs.

Leads Equinox’s fundraising and marketing strategy, donor cultivation, grant and event initiatives, media relations, communications, community outreach, and development team. Partners with the CEO, board, and Development Committee to generate diverse revenue streams, meet fundraising goals, steward supporters, manage development operations, and oversee digital communications, social media, and public relations.

Perform accounts receivable and Representative Payee cash management tasks: enter transactions into QuickBooks, create deposits via Remote Deposit Capture, maintain RPM records, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, update fixed asset and depreciation schedules, conduct petty cash audits, support collections and grant-related receivables, maintain financial files, and assist staff with financial reporting.
