Manage and continuously improve the company’s ISO-based Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. Lead root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, nonconformance resolution, audits, risk management, supplier quality, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Support, suppliers, and regulated-industry customers to ensure product and process conformance. Develop quality personnel and promote a collaborative culture of ownership, problem-solving, safety, and operational excellence.

Lead Equilibar's commercial organization to drive profitable order growth and exceptional customer experience. Oversee Applications Engineering and Customer Service, develop sales strategy, manage key accounts, support product/market development, and collaborate cross-functionally. Build commercial processes, measure sales KPIs, and develop commercial and technical leaders. Hybrid role based in Fletcher, NC with significant travel (≈50%).

Follow up with customers on quotations, track opportunity status, document conversations in the sales tracking system, reactivate inactive accounts, support outbound prospecting, assist Applications Engineers and Sales with escalations, and maintain accurate sales administration to improve quote-to-order conversion.
