Provide technical application support for fluid pressure control solutions by working with customers and sales to analyze requirements, configure products, produce quotations, support custom designs, troubleshoot performance issues, and feed market insights to product and engineering teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to support product adoption, technical documentation, ISO 9001 activities, and continuous improvement.

Lead commercial strategy and customer engagement for the Equilibar site; develop technical sales and application engineering capabilities; improve bid quality, project execution, and cross-functional processes; drive strategic product and vendor initiatives; mentor staff and prepare executive reporting to senior leadership to support growth and operational excellence.

Execute disciplined quote follow-up to increase conversions, perform outbound prospecting to expand targeted opportunities, and reactivate inactive customers. Use phone/email cadences, CRM tracking, and coordination with Application Engineers to manage $10k-$100k opportunities and grow pipeline visibility and recovered revenue.
