Own the fund complex and management company finance functions, including NAV oversight, reconciliations, expenses, treasury, audit, tax, budgeting, corporate reporting, controls, and provider management. Lead the financial and legal architecture of new fund vehicles, working with outside counsel on structuring, documentation, formations, registrations, and onboarding. Build scalable financial systems, procedures, and technology-enabled workflows while partnering closely with fund operations and the CEO.

Build and own Equi’s go-to-market demand engine across content, social, SEO/GEO, outbound, automation, and AI agents. Generate and test ideas, operate founders’ content programs, establish thought leadership, develop signal-based outbound, create scalable workflows, and own dashboards and attribution. The role requires strong engineering ability, commercial judgment, investing fluency, experimentation discipline, and end-to-end 0-to-1 ownership, with potential growth into marketing leadership or client-facing investor relations and sales.

Lead the engineering team at Equi, building full-stack applications and AI-driven systems to support investment workflows. Drive technical decisions and enhance software solutions across departments while eventually leading an engineering team.
