Teams at Equi

Build and own Equi’s go-to-market demand engine across content, social, SEO/GEO, outbound, automation, and AI agents. Generate and test ideas, operate founders’ content programs, establish thought leadership, develop signal-based outbound, create scalable workflows, and own dashboards and attribution. The role requires strong engineering ability, commercial judgment, investing fluency, experimentation discipline, and end-to-end 0-to-1 ownership, with potential growth into marketing leadership or client-facing investor relations and sales.

Lead the engineering team at Equi, building full-stack applications and AI-driven systems to support investment workflows. Drive technical decisions and enhance software solutions across departments while eventually leading an engineering team.
