Supports academically and behaviorally challenged middle and high school students through research-based literacy and math interventions. Teaches individual and small-group sessions, manages 504 plans, provides tutoring and test preparation, develops Act 833 portfolios, coordinates accommodations, monitors student progress, and collaborates with school teams. The role emphasizes restorative relationships, adolescent literacy, special education support, and continuous instructional improvement.

Manages daily school operations across facilities, food service, custodial services, transportation, procurement, IT assets, safety, and contracted vendors. Develops operational systems, responds to facility and IT issues, performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting, supports hardware and software use, tracks assets, and coordinates facility services and special events. Partners with school leaders and operations executives to ensure staff and students have the resources needed for effective teaching and learning.
