Teams at EQA Schools

Direct school operations across multiple alternative education sites, including facilities, assets, risk management, safety, contracted vendors, food service, transportation, security, excursions, student health services, and state testing support. The role develops operational systems and policies, manages budgets and purchasing compliance, coordinates school teams and vendors, and travels frequently between locations. It reports to the COO and requires strong organization, communication, staff management, and basic IT troubleshooting skills.

Manages daily school operations across facilities, food service, custodial services, transportation, procurement, IT assets, safety, and contracted vendors. Develops operational systems, responds to facility and IT issues, performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting, supports hardware and software use, tracks assets, and coordinates facility services and special events. Partners with school leaders and operations executives to ensure staff and students have the resources needed for effective teaching and learning.
