Lead delivery of multidisciplinary asset remediation and infrastructure projects in QLD, ensuring safety, quality, budget control, schedule adherence, client relationships, and supplier coordination. Provide technical oversight in coatings, surface preparation and hazardous substance management while driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value defence and infrastructure remediation projects. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, safety, quality, schedules, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with standards.

Perform surface preparation and industrial painting, including spray, roller, and brush techniques. Operate hand and power tools, work in confined spaces, and follow safety procedures. Provide administrative support for Defence Solutions operations: process purchase orders and invoices, manage supplies and accommodation, coordinate training, medicals and travel, maintain records, and liaise with project teams to ensure compliance and smooth workforce administration.

Manage warehouse stores and materials: operate forklifts and handling equipment, receive/unload/load deliveries, perform stock counts and issuing, support purchasing and transport, maintain storage locations and housekeeping, perform manual handling and data entry for goods received, and liaise with staff and project teams.

Support project delivery across remediation and infrastructure projects: prepare project plans and documentation, coordinate QA/QC, procurement, budgets, schedules and subcontractors, liaise with clients and site teams, and provide technical site support.

Provide project engineering support for asset remediation and civil construction projects: prepare project plans and Gantt charts, manage budgets, procurement, QA/QC, subcontractors, logistics, scheduling and reporting. Liaise with clients, site supervisors and project managers to coordinate work fronts, documentation and technical support, ensuring projects meet deadlines, compliance and client standards.

Perform shipbuilding and repair tasks including studying plans, fabricating and assembling hull sections, welding bulkheads, frames and pipes (carbon steel, stainless, high-pressure), and repairing vessels using materials such as aluminium, wood, fibreglass, carbon fibre and Kevlar.
