Lead delivery of multidisciplinary asset remediation and infrastructure projects in QLD, ensuring safety, quality, budget control, schedule adherence, client relationships, and supplier coordination. Provide technical oversight in coatings, surface preparation and hazardous substance management while driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value defence and infrastructure remediation projects. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, safety, quality, schedules, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with standards.

Perform surface preparation and industrial painting, including spray, roller, and brush techniques. Operate hand and power tools, work in confined spaces, and follow safety procedures. May perform pressure washing and abrasive blasting. Support overtime/weekend work, complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and police checks, and participate in training and development.
