Supports civil construction and asset remediation projects by coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, labor planning, documentation, QA/QC, logistics, subcontractors, compliance, and equipment. The Site Engineer works closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, and project personnel to monitor performance, organize work fronts, provide technical support, and deliver projects according to standards and agreed outcomes.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, rewards, remuneration, enterprise agreement interpretation, HR records, compliance, international worker housing, and ad hoc HR projects. The role also involves stakeholder management, employee development, and contributing to a collaborative HR environment.

Manage accounts payable processing and supplier payments, maintain AP records and compliance, meet AP metrics, and provide light office administration (supplies, consumables, general support).
