Leads a global Customer Support and Applications Engineering organization across the USA, UK, and India. Owns technical customer engagement from product selection through integration, testing, deployment, and field support. Builds support processes, laboratories, escalation systems, and engineering teams while partnering with Sales, Product, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Provides hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, systems integration, customer evaluation support, and product roadmap feedback for advanced electric propulsion and complex electromechanical systems.

Leads a distributed software and electronics engineering organization across the UK and India. Oversees power electronics, hardware, firmware, cloud, web, platform, testing, product delivery, design reviews, manufacturing introduction, quality, release readiness, resource planning, and engineering talent development. Establishes integrated engineering processes, manages risks and schedules, coordinates cross-functional reviews, ensures production-ready documentation and verification evidence, and partners with product, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and CTO leadership.

Lead a multidisciplinary test engineering team responsible for verification, validation, reliability, and qualification of electric propulsion products. Manage laboratory operations, equipment, safety, calibration, and external testing. Develop test strategies, plans, procedures, and compliance evidence; oversee motor, power electronics, environmental, EMC/EMI, durability, and high-voltage testing. Drive data analysis, root-cause investigations, CAPA, audits, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement while supporting certification-ready product releases.

Design, develop, test, and optimize real-time embedded firmware for autonomous UAV, UGV, and USV platforms. Responsibilities include low-level driver and middleware development, motor control, sensor and peripheral integration, communication protocols, board bring-up, hardware-software debugging, SIL/HIL validation, fault handling, CI/CD automation, and compliance with MISRA C. The engineer will collaborate across hardware, controls, AI, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead the architecture and delivery of cloud-native backend services, APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems, and operator-facing applications for connected and IoT-adjacent products. Manage and mentor a small engineering team through planning, reviews, and technical decisions. Establish standards for testing, observability, releases, and reliability while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, firmware, and hardware teams. Support production operations, incident analysis, architecture roadmaps, technical hiring, and platform improvements.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement operations, logistics, and purchase-to-pay activities for manufacturing and new product development. Manages supplier qualification, negotiations, performance, audits, localization, cost reduction, inventory, import/export compliance, and delivery execution. Leads sourcing, procurement, and logistics teams while tracking KPIs, budgets, risks, quality, and supplier performance. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and global supply chain stakeholders.
