Lead a multidisciplinary test engineering team responsible for verification, validation, reliability, and qualification of electric propulsion products. Manage laboratory operations, equipment, safety, calibration, and external testing. Develop test strategies, plans, procedures, and compliance evidence; oversee motor, power electronics, environmental, EMC/EMI, durability, and high-voltage testing. Drive data analysis, root-cause investigations, CAPA, audits, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement while supporting certification-ready product releases.

Design, develop, test, and optimize real-time embedded firmware for autonomous UAV, UGV, and USV platforms. Responsibilities include low-level driver and middleware development, motor control, sensor and peripheral integration, communication protocols, board bring-up, hardware-software debugging, SIL/HIL validation, fault handling, CI/CD automation, and compliance with MISRA C. The engineer will collaborate across hardware, controls, AI, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead the architecture and delivery of cloud-native backend services, APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems, and operator-facing applications for connected and IoT-adjacent products. Manage and mentor a small engineering team through planning, reviews, and technical decisions. Establish standards for testing, observability, releases, and reliability while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, firmware, and hardware teams. Support production operations, incident analysis, architecture roadmaps, technical hiring, and platform improvements.
