Owns multi-jurisdictional corporate tax compliance, accounting, planning, and transaction support. Prepares U.S. federal, state, local, Canadian, sales, use, property, and international tax filings; manages audits and tax notices; records tax payments and provisions; oversees SAP tax engine processes; and analyzes regulatory changes. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations to maintain tax controls, documentation, and compliance processes.

Leads channel sales across life sciences, pharma, biotech, diagnostics, academia, and research markets. Develops territory and distributor strategies, recruits and manages distributors, drives pipeline and key account growth, supports negotiations and tenders, delivers product training, coordinates launches and customer programs, monitors forecasts and inventory, and provides market intelligence. Requires extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and consumables growth targets.

Owns technical performance and service effectiveness for designated life science instrument product lines. Provides advanced technical support, resolves complex customer issues, designs and delivers training, coordinates product changes, recalls, and retrofits, and ensures quality-system compliance. The role also manages CAPAs, third-party service evaluations, technical documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across service, quality, marketing, and global teams, with travel required for training and critical issue resolution.
