Provide front desk reception and concierge services for a senior living community: answer phones, greet visitors, perform administrative tasks, liaise with families and department managers, and support the Business Office Manager while delivering excellent customer service.

Provide direct nursing care to senior living residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. Administer medications, perform assessments, document clinical care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, support resident wellbeing, and work assigned part-time shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).

Serve as HR trusted advisor to community leaders handling employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, training, unemployment claims, and HR metrics. Provide coaching, develop policies/programs from feedback, ensure regulatory and health/safety compliance, and support retention and productivity across multiple communities.
