Reviews and approves accounts payable invoices, performs AP transactions, and trains staff on AP systems and processes. Supports month-end and year-end activities, including aging analysis, outstanding check monitoring, and 1099 preparation. Ensures deadlines are met, resolves issues with property partners, supports process alignment, and serves as backup to the AP and Procurement Manager.
