Provide meal service and dining support for residents in a memory care assisted living community during scheduled shifts. Follow kitchen and dining protocols, communicate clearly, attend to detail, and deliver friendly, reliable service. Training provided.

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a memory care assisted living community. Duties include medication administration, monitoring resident health, documentation, collaborating with the care team, and supporting resident wellbeing across assigned shifts (full-time, part-time, or per diem). New grads welcome.

Directs internal and external sales and marketing for a senior living community. Develops quarterly marketing overviews and monthly plans, evaluates occupancy strategies, builds relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources, and closes sales. Requires senior living sales experience, strong customer service, organization, teamwork, and a professional demeanor. Memory care experience is preferred.

Reviews and approves accounts payable invoices, performs AP transactions, trains and mentors staff, and supports SAP Concur, Yardi, DSSI, and Amazon Business processes. Assists with month-end and year-end activities, including aging analysis, outstanding check monitoring, and 1099 preparation. Collaborates with property partners to resolve issues, align processes, and meet reporting and processing deadlines.

Plan and run activities and programming to engage senior residents, assist other departments as needed, complete required paperwork, and provide friendly, dependable customer service to residents and families.
