Provide front desk reception and concierge services at a senior living community: answer phones, greet visitors, perform administrative tasks, liaise with families and department managers, and support resident needs during scheduled part-time shifts.

Provide direct nursing care to memory-care assisted living residents: administer medications, monitor health status, document care, collaborate with the care team, and support resident wellbeing. Positions include part-time and per-diem evening and night shifts.

Support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for assigned communities by reviewing timekeeping records, processing multi-state weekly and biweekly payroll, payroll adjustments, terminations, garnishments, and reports. Maintain HRIS and payroll records, support onboarding, resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries, assist audit readiness, and partner with HR and community leaders to ensure consistent payroll processes.
