Provides executive leadership for IT and cybersecurity, serving as the Information Systems Security Officer. Develops technology and security roadmaps, manages infrastructure and cloud platforms, leads risk assessments and incident response, oversees data governance, compliance, business continuity, vendors, budgets, and technology procurement, and advises leadership and the Board on technology risk. Supervises and develops IT staff while ensuring protection of sensitive child, family, employee, and agency information.

Provide individualized classroom support for children with special needs, assist teachers in engagement and assessments, apply CLASS and Conscious Discipline strategies, maintain records and safety/compliance, communicate with families, and help maintain center sanitation. Travel between centers as needed and perform physical tasks including lifting and supervising children.

Monitor and report on Head Start/Early Head Start program quality and compliance. Conduct site and file reviews, document findings in Child Plus, ensure health/safety and medication compliance, support recruitment and training, maintain program data and PIR accuracy, monitor contract compliance, and facilitate in-person CCP meetings with local travel.

Provides individualized classroom support for children with special needs or challenging behaviors. Assists with classroom engagement, child development, assessments, documentation, positive behavior guidance, family communication, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with teachers, coaches, specialists, and families while maintaining confidential records. The role requires constant supervision, outdoor and classroom work, travel between centers, and heavy physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provide individualized classroom support to children with special needs, assist teachers in engagement and large-group activities, use CLASS and Conscious Discipline strategies, collect assessment documentation, maintain safety, hygiene, and confidentiality, communicate with families, attend trainings, and follow all center policies and emergency/medication procedures.

Provide daily coaching, modeling, and professional development to Head Start teachers; support curriculum implementation, child assessment, CLASS and ECERS evaluations; facilitate trainings; ensure compliance with Head Start and state standards; collect and analyze child data to improve school readiness outcomes; maintain professional development plans and certifications.
