Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote software development best practices.

Design, implement, optimize, verify, and debug complex FPGA solutions using RTL, simulation, and advanced testbenches. Collaborate on board-level interfaces, high-speed protocols, RF DSP, hardware integration, and system architecture. Document designs, support project milestones, improve development processes, interface with customers, and mentor junior engineers. Work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, hardware, and systems teams to deliver FPGA-based products.

Plan and maintain production schedules and manufacturing jobs in the Epicor ERP, manage material requirements and inventory via MRP tools, coordinate with Purchasing and engineering, support schedule adjustments and continuous improvement to meet customer delivery commitments in a high‑technology electronics manufacturing environment.

Lead daily rework and repair operations in RF electronics manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency while supervising technicians and conducting complex repairs.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary software, firmware, and hardware engineering teams for government-focused SDR products. Set engineering strategy, operating principles, and standards; align engineering with product and cross-functional stakeholders; drive hiring, talent development, and performance management; manage budgets, resource planning, and delivery of complex projects; engage customers and support business growth; and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

The Staff Product Test Engineer designs and implements automated test solutions, interfaces with electronic test equipment, and mentors junior engineers. Responsibilities include software development, testing procedures, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.
