Provides day-to-day sales support by preparing accurate customer quotes, processing orders, maintaining Salesforce records, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production, resolving issues, and supporting reporting and go-to-market activities. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and follow-through.

Supports the Space Business sales team by handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, managing Salesforce records, tracking quotes and deliveries, researching prospects, coordinating technical responses, and supporting customer visits. The role combines technical curiosity, customer communication, lead follow-up, pipeline administration, and small-account ownership, with potential career paths into field sales, technical support, or marketing.

Develop and integrate embedded C/C++ drivers, libraries, APIs, and components for software-defined radio platforms. Build applications on embedded Linux, expand automated hardware-in-the-loop testing, and support CI/CD workflows. Collaborate across engineering teams on radio features, hardware/software integration, technical investigations, documentation, and estimates. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote software development best practices.
