Leads multidisciplinary technology product and software development projects from launch through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, risks, customer requirements, reviews, and cross-functional teams. The role maintains customer confidence, improves project management processes and tools, supports Agile Scrum practices, and drives continuous operational improvement. It requires extensive project management experience, technical education, strong communication, autonomy, organizational ability, and willingness to obtain a security clearance.

Leads the project management organization and team of project managers across cross-functional technology product development projects. Owns project management processes, manages complex programs, controls schedules, budgets, risks, and requirements, and maintains customer and executive relationships. Oversees product development from concept through commercialization and sustainment, including federally funded and defense-related projects. Drives process improvements, project reviews, status reporting, and delivery performance.

Leads a distributed FPGA engineering team while contributing hands-on to FPGA architecture, RTL design, verification, timing closure, integration, troubleshooting, and product delivery. Manages technical strategy, resource planning, schedules, risks, hiring, performance, career development, and process improvements. Collaborates with hardware, software, systems, test, project management, customers, and leadership to deliver reliable FPGA-based software-defined radio products and high-performance digital signal-processing solutions.
