Generate outbound sales pipeline by researching target accounts, conducting phone, email, and social outreach, qualifying leads, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with sales and marketing. The role requires meeting activity targets, learning the product and competitive landscape, and developing toward closing small-business deals.

Manage a portfolio of TalentLMS Enterprise accounts, serving as the primary customer contact. Drive retention, renewals, product adoption, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling while monitoring account health and preventing churn. Support billing matters, communicate product updates, gather customer feedback, maintain CRM records, and identify advocacy opportunities. Collaborate with Support, Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
