Teams at Epignosis learning technologies

Lead several product engineering teams, owning delivery, team health, architecture trade-offs, hiring, performance, and organizational design. Coach tech leads into engineering managers, establish clear ownership, balance feature delivery with platform health, and partner with Product and engineering peers on shared services and suite architecture. The role requires technical depth, experience managing multiple teams in a SaaS product organization, and hybrid work from Athens or Heraklion offices.

Supports first-line helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding, device deployment, asset inventory, imaging, configuration, cabling, and equipment lifecycle management. Maintains workplace technology such as Google Meet hardware, printers, TVs, and Yodeck devices. Sets up audiovisual and hybrid conferencing equipment, coordinates event technology logistics, and contributes to IT initiatives including JumpCloud MDM deployment and equipment donation preparation.

Lead the development of Epignosis’s partner marketing function across its SaaS product portfolio. Responsibilities include creating partner strategies, enablement materials, product positioning, communications, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, event support, partner web presence, case studies, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with product marketing, partnerships, product, and sales teams to improve partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth.
