Manage daily radiology operations across metro locations, overseeing staff, workflow, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and patient experience. Drive performance, budgets, staffing, and process improvements while supporting accreditation readiness and vendor coordination.

Provide outpatient, primary care–embedded psychiatric evaluations and medication management across in-person and telehealth visits. Collaborate with therapists, care managers, and PCPs, participate in case reviews, support program development, mentor providers, and maintain EHR documentation and compliance.

Lead paid and partnership acquisition efforts to drive patient and customer growth. Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaigns; run A/B tests; analyze KPIs and ROI; collaborate cross-functionally to scale high-performing channels and improve conversion efficiency.
