Lead and scale multi-state clinic operations by developing standardized systems, driving Lean/Six Sigma process improvements, optimizing performance and financials, coaching regional leaders, managing integrations and expansion, and building high-performing operational teams focused on quality and efficiency.

Lead paid and partnership acquisition efforts to drive patient and customer growth. Build and optimize marketing funnels, run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email and SMS, and report on ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion and retention. Collaborate with creative, operations, and call center teams to scale high-performing initiatives across multiple healthcare and wellness brands.

Provide outpatient, primary care–embedded psychiatric medication management and brief therapy across a 5-day schedule (3 in-person, 2 telehealth). Collaborate with PCPs, therapists, care managers; participate in case reviews, quality improvement, documentation, and mentor providers. No inpatient care or call duties.
