The role partners with Finance, HR leadership, benefits vendors, and department leaders while safeguarding confidential information and ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements.

Develop and deploy full-stack web applications, internal portals, dashboards, workflow tools, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions. Build secure backend services with Python frameworks and responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks. Design SQL databases, perform testing and debugging, manage version control and deployments, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve healthcare workflows.

Owns marketing strategy and execution for assigned products and brands. Responsibilities include integrated campaign planning, content development, SEO, website and social media management, paid advertising, growth experimentation, analytics, reporting, sales enablement, launches, stakeholder coordination, and budget oversight.
