Lead product strategy and discovery for an insurance-focused payments platform. Act as the voice of the customer, define roadmap and KPIs, collaborate with engineering and UX, validate opportunities through interviews and prototyping, and develop go-to-market plans for enterprise/carrier expansion. Role includes occasional domestic travel and hybrid work from Austin, TX.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will build relationships with enterprise-level prospects, driving revenue growth through strategic sales cycles and collaboration with teams.

Lead and operationalize payments, regulatory, security compliance, and data privacy programs. Manage PCI-DSS Level 1 certification, NACHA and card network compliance, AML/FinCEN coordination, privacy frameworks (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA), vendor risk, audits, policy drafting, and cross-functional advisory for Product, Engineering, and Sales.
