Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues; installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs; distributor enablement; escalation management; root cause analysis; customer consultation; service documentation; and continuous improvement. The role coordinates with global engineering teams, supports system uptime and customer satisfaction, and requires Japanese and English communication plus travel within Japan.

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and user interfaces. Manage Software Asset Management and CMDB governance, data quality, and service mapping. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and channel partners to create customer roadmaps, case studies, workshops, and scalable growth tools. The role requires additive manufacturing knowledge, technical communication skills, bilingual Taiwanese and English fluency, and approximately 10% regional and global travel.

Lead UX and usability requirements for industrial 3D printing systems, hardware, workflows, and operator safety. Conduct customer research, translate insights into validated and manufacturable solutions, and embed ergonomics, accessibility, and regulatory requirements throughout product development.
