Identify and qualify sales opportunities for EOS additive manufacturing technologies through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach. Research accounts, engage stakeholders, communicate product value, address objections, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Area Sales Managers to build pipeline. The role includes shadowing sales managers and developing skills for progression into an Area Sales Manager position.

Drives business growth for EOS Japan’s polymer additive manufacturing services by identifying markets, analyzing opportunities, developing partnerships, enabling customers, and supporting acquisitions. Manages advisors, collaborates with sales and engineering teams, creates project roadmaps, develops case studies, and builds the Additive Minds brand through thought leadership. Requires Japanese and English fluency, technical additive manufacturing knowledge, strategic planning experience, and approximately 10% travel within Japan and internationally.

Leads EOS India sales, revenue growth, key account management, business development, forecasting, go-to-market execution, and customer relationship management for additive manufacturing systems, materials, and services. Analyzes the market, develops opportunities with engineering teams, manages escalations, and engages senior client stakeholders. Requires extensive manufacturing industry networks, strong negotiation skills, international teamwork, and national and international travel.
