The Sr. Reliability Engineer develops reliability models, conducts environmental testing, analyzes failure modes, and creates reliability test plans for battery management systems.

Lead root cause investigations, DFMEA, design verification/validation, inspection and process validation. Develop protocols/reports, support supplier qualification and audits, maintain product quality through design/process changes and recertification, and ensure compliance with quality system and regulatory requirements.

Design, develop, and execute test protocols for battery systems; run and troubleshoot lab and factory tests; analyze data and report findings; feed results into production improvements and scrap reduction; develop training materials and train colleagues; serve as SME on battery testing and provide cross-functional technical support.
