Develop, test, debug, and maintain software for utility-scale battery power control and communication systems across RTOS, Linux, and Windows platforms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on requirements, algorithms, simulations, troubleshooting, certification testing, safety compliance, automated testing, software packaging, and documentation. Support DevOps deployment and maintenance activities.

Leads embedded firmware development for battery management systems, managing engineers and overseeing safety-critical software design, hardware integration, communication protocols, validation, documentation, and compliance. The role requires expertise in C/C++, RTOS, STM32 microcontrollers, CAN/CAN FD, RS-485, SPI, I2C, and IEC 60730 Annex H. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, process improvement, root-cause analysis, team development, and collaboration with hardware and cross-functional teams.

Develops software tools and utilities for battery management systems, including automated testing, data analysis, simulation, diagnostics, predictive maintenance, dashboards, and parameter configuration. Collaborates with battery engineers, firmware developers, and system integrators; integrates tools with existing platforms; configures Linux systems; documents solutions; and tests applications in factory and customer environments while following high-voltage safety standards.
