Provide first-level technical support for end users: triage and resolve tickets via phone/email, troubleshoot Microsoft desktops/servers and Office, perform remote installs/configuration/backups, document resolutions, escalate when needed, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to preventative resources and user satisfaction.

Coach and develop Sales Managers, analyze forecasts, support closing major accounts, align sales with company objectives, manage P&L accountability, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at events while frequently traveling within the region.

Sell managed IT services to business clients by prospecting, developing territory accounts, delivering consultative presentations, designing tailored technology solutions, and collaborating internally to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
