Teams at Envoy

Own product marketing for Envoy’s workplace security and visitor management platform. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research; develop positioning and messaging; shape product strategy; lead product launches and GTM programs; manage in-product communications; support pricing and packaging; create sales enablement materials; analyze win/loss data and KPIs; and train internal teams. The role is onsite at the San Francisco headquarters at least four days per week.

Build and operate Envoy’s marketing data platform on AWS, including dbt models, attribution systems, serverless applications, APIs, reverse ETL, event-lake integrations, lead-scoring models, and experimentation analytics. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Data, and Finance to measure funnel performance, revenue attribution, CAC, payback, and channel ROI. Ensure data reliability through testing, CI, monitoring, and cost controls.

Drive software growth in the SMB segment by prospecting, sourcing, and closing SaaS deals. Manage full sales cycles, exceed quotas, maintain pipeline forecasts, conduct customized product demonstrations, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Deal Desk, Growth, and Customer Success. The role requires self-sourced deal generation, executive relationship-building, consultative selling, and managing both transactional and strategic opportunities.
