Leads corporate engagement strategy, prospect development, fundraising, sponsorships, employee and volunteer engagement, and multi-year corporate partnerships. Builds and manages a substantial corporate pipeline, develops proposals, negotiates commitments, forecasts revenue, and stewards senior corporate relationships. Collaborates with executives, board members, marketing, programs, finance, events, and development teams to secure philanthropic contributions and expand corporate investment.

Build and manage referral pipelines, community relationships, corporate partnerships, and local visibility for Envision Unlimited. The role conducts field-based outreach with healthcare providers, schools, social service organizations, businesses, agencies, and community leaders; generates qualified member and client referrals; coordinates events and presentations; tracks relationships and referral activity in Salesforce; analyzes market opportunities; and collaborates with program, marketing, corporate engagement, and external affairs teams. Regular local travel and occasional evening or weekend events are required.

Manage multi-location payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, legal and tax compliance, audits, reconciliations, reporting, system maintenance, employee changes, and year-end filings. Train payroll staff, resolve discrepancies, monitor fraud and waste, coordinate external audits, maintain benefits records, and collaborate with Finance and HR. The role requires extensive payroll management experience, CPP certification, and preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Provides case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community living settings. Develops individualized plans, coordinates medical and professional services, monitors outcomes, maintains records, manages incident and compliance documentation, supports person-centered planning, communicates with guardians and providers, and coordinates admissions, hospitalizations, transfers, and discharges. Requires periodic on-call availability and possible evening or weekend work.

Manages CILA residential homes, including staff hiring and supervision, schedules, training, budgets, health and safety, medication coverage, documentation, emergency response, member activities, transportation coordination, compliance, and quality assurance. Supports individuals with disabilities through community inclusion, budgeting assistance, and a safe, well-maintained living environment. Supervises Direct Support Professionals and ensures adherence to agency, Illinois, OSHA, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements.

Coordinate and oversee individualized programs for members with intellectual, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities. Supervise and train staff, support person-centered planning and implementation, ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements, maintain member records, maximize community access, respond to medical/behavioral emergencies, assist with benefits/placement, and manage billing and attendance reporting.

Coordinate person-centered day services: plan and oversee center and community activities, advocate for members, supervise and train staff, maintain compliance and records, and help members access benefits, services, and employment resources.
