Coordinate and oversee individualized programs for members with intellectual, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities. Supervise and train staff, support person-centered planning and implementation, ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements, maintain member records, maximize community access, respond to medical/behavioral emergencies, assist with benefits/placement, and manage billing and attendance reporting.

Coordinate person-centered day services: plan and oversee center and community activities, advocate for members, supervise and train staff, maintain compliance and records, and help members access benefits, services, and employment resources.

Manage revenue cycle tasks including Medicaid eligibility verification, financial registration, claims submission and follow-up, denial management, credentialing support, collections, and cross-team coordination to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance.
