Partner with RPO clients to manage end-to-end recruitment: source active and passive candidates, conduct interviews, maintain ATS pipelines, advise stakeholders, and implement data-driven hiring strategies.

Implement client-specific sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines via job boards and LinkedIn, prescreen candidates, manage ATS records, report recruiting metrics, and support candidate attraction initiatives while collaborating with recruitment teams to meet client hiring needs.
