Build stakeholder relationships, design tailored imaging solutions, lead contract negotiations, track pipeline in CRM, represent the company at events, and report results to leadership. Frequent multi-state travel required.

Manage drafting, data entry, storage, and version control of standard contracts using the company CLM system. Monitor timelines and expirations, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support audits and reporting, assist the Contracts Manager with renewals and reviews, and identify process improvements to maintain contract compliance.

Performs CT examinations including patient positioning, screening, and CT scanning. Reviews charts, coordinates protocols with radiologists, ensures image quality, maintains equipment, transfers images, and provides patient care before, during, and after exams. Adheres to safety, compliance, and departmental procedures.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams for adult and pediatric patients, assists radiologists on specialized procedures, reviews charts, maintains equipment, transfers images, and provides patient education and care in an outpatient clinical setting.

Perform CT examinations under supervision, position patients, review charts and screen for implants/contrast allergies, obtain prior exams, transfer images, coordinate protocols with Radiologist, maintain equipment, monitor patient care and safety, and follow clinical and compliance procedures in an outpatient imaging environment.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams on adult and pediatric patients, obtains and transfers images, assists radiologists with specialized procedures, reviews patient history and screens for contraindications, maintains equipment, and communicates with care team while following safety and compliance protocols in an outpatient clinical setting.

Provide legal advice across business, contracts, litigation, employment, transactions, and healthcare regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, support corporate structuring, deputize for General Counsel, supervise 1-2 legal staff, and collaborate with compliance and business leaders.

Perform CT examinations including patient positioning, screening, and protocol coordination; obtain and transfer images for radiologist interpretation; maintain equipment quality; monitor patient condition and provide procedure education; follow safety and compliance policies.

Works in an outpatient clinical environment with occasional exposure risks.
