The Sales Account Manager develops and manages customer relationships within an assigned Northern Denver territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, client visits, sales and marketing planning, forecasting, quota achievement, market analysis, partner development, promotional activities, budget oversight, competitive monitoring, and sales reporting. The role requires daily local automobile travel and occasional overnight travel. Candidates should have at least two years of customer-facing sales, marketing, or business development experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau preferred.

Posts insurance, patient, check, credit card, and EFT payments to patient accounts and practice management systems. Reviews EOB/ERA documentation, denials, unapplied funds, credit balances, write-offs, and contractual adjustments. Reconciles payment batches, verifies deposits, generates reports, prepares overpayment packages, maintains patient files, and communicates missing documentation or payment issues to appropriate representatives. This remote role requires accurate data entry, organization, financial management, and collaboration.

Analyzes and compiles data from multiple sources to produce accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc organizational reports. Uses Tableau and SQL to create actionable insights, manages Tableau reporting projects, troubleshoots support requests through Halo, collaborates with data engineering, and trains end users on Tableau. Supports reporting across finance, operations, revenue cycle, sales, quality, safety, and patient access functions.
