Prepares consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, journal entry data, distribution calculations, and financial reports. Reviews general ledger balances, analyzes transactions and contracts for GAAP compliance, identifies discrepancies, and supports accounting projects. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills while working onsite in a professional office environment.

Provide legal advice across business, contracts, litigation, employment, transactions, and healthcare regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, support corporate structuring, deputize for General Counsel, supervise 1-2 legal staff, and collaborate with compliance and business leaders.

Leads FP&A operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and strategic analysis. Partners with operational leaders to identify risks and improvement opportunities, supports acquisition integration and value realization, reviews team analyses, improves planning processes, and provides technical guidance. Prepares Board materials and executive presentations while collaborating with Accounting, Operations, and Development.
