Serve as the bilingual (English/Spanish) front-office lead: greet visitors, answer phones, track attendance in PowerSchool, maintain records, organize office supplies and Chromebooks, administer basic first aid, support food service, translate for families and evening meetings, assist enrollment and events, and collaborate with school leadership to uphold the school's anti-racist, pro-Black mission.

Provide onsite IT support, maintain and secure network and hardware across multiple campuses, administer user accounts and device management (Google Workspace, Jamf), troubleshoot systems and AV, manage asset inventory, and collaborate with staff to minimize downtime and support educational goals.

Support implementation and systems for Special Education and intervention across campuses: coach staff, oversee IEP compliance and SELPA reporting, coordinate transitions and community resources, plan professional development, and assist with hiring and operational tasks to ensure students graduate prepared for college and career.

Provide 1:1 and small-group instructional support for secondary students with learning or behavioral needs, implement intervention and IEP plans, collect observational data, assist with screenings and record-keeping, collaborate with Special Education and general education teachers, and support student progress and compliance tasks.

Lead talent acquisition, credentialing, and retention strategies across Envision's Bay Area schools. Build equitable full-cycle hiring systems, manage credential compliance, support onboarding and HR operations, partner with leaders on talent planning, analyze retention data, and drive equity-centered talent development and employee experience initiatives.

Lead accounting and finance operations for a multi-school nonprofit: oversee payroll and AP, budgeting, audits, GL and financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, fixed assets, grant tracking, MIP fund accounting configuration, stakeholder financial reporting, and provide project management and financial policy documentation.
