Serve as the bilingual (English/Spanish) front-office lead: greet visitors, answer phones, track attendance in PowerSchool, maintain records, organize office supplies and Chromebooks, administer basic first aid, support food service, translate for families and evening meetings, assist enrollment and events, and collaborate with school leadership to uphold the school's anti-racist, pro-Black mission.

The College Advisor builds a college-going culture and guides seniors through college applications, financial aid, admissions, recommendation letters, and matriculation decisions. The role provides career-readiness curriculum, manages student support cases, develops relationships with colleges, leads family workshops, and supports college visits. The position also involves professional development and progress toward a California Pupil Personnel Services credential.

Provide onsite IT support, maintain and secure network and hardware across multiple campuses, administer user accounts and device management (Google Workspace, Jamf), troubleshoot systems and AV, manage asset inventory, and collaborate with staff to minimize downtime and support educational goals.
