Supports a college-going culture and guides high school seniors through college applications, financial aid, admissions decisions, and career transitions. Provides career-readiness curriculum, manages academic support cases, coordinates recommendation letters, leads family workshops, and develops relationships with colleges and admissions professionals. The role is onsite, serves primarily first-generation and low-income students, and requires collaboration with school administrators and families.

Serve as the bilingual (English/Spanish) front-office lead: greet visitors, answer phones, track attendance in PowerSchool, maintain records, organize office supplies and Chromebooks, administer basic first aid, support food service, translate for families and evening meetings, assist enrollment and events, and collaborate with school leadership to uphold the school's anti-racist, pro-Black mission.

Provide onsite IT support, maintain and secure network and hardware across multiple campuses, administer user accounts and device management (Google Workspace, Jamf), troubleshoot systems and AV, manage asset inventory, and collaborate with staff to minimize downtime and support educational goals.
