Serve as the bilingual (English/Spanish) front-office lead: greet visitors, answer phones, track attendance in PowerSchool, maintain records, organize office supplies and Chromebooks, administer basic first aid, support food service, translate for families and evening meetings, assist enrollment and events, and collaborate with school leadership to uphold the school's anti-racist, pro-Black mission.

Provide onsite IT support, maintain and secure network and hardware across multiple campuses, administer user accounts and device management (Google Workspace, Jamf), troubleshoot systems and AV, manage asset inventory, and collaborate with staff to minimize downtime and support educational goals.

Support implementation and systems for Special Education and intervention across campuses: coach staff, oversee IEP compliance and SELPA reporting, coordinate transitions and community resources, plan professional development, and assist with hiring and operational tasks to ensure students graduate prepared for college and career.
