Handles appellate litigation and federal regulatory advocacy on environmental, clean energy, climate, and natural-resource matters. Responsibilities include drafting appellate briefs, motions, pleadings, agency comments, declarations, and discovery or FOIA requests; conducting legal and factual research; coordinating experts; engaging clients and community partners; collaborating with communications staff; and supervising legal interns.

The Clean Energy Staff Attorney will litigate utility regulatory cases, develop advocacy strategies for clean energy, and mentor junior attorneys while ensuring equitable access to resources.

The CAO provides senior management of ELPC's business operations, overseeing finance (acting as CFO), HR, IT, compliance, risk management, leases/contracts, and audits. Works closely with the CEO and senior team to ensure financial health, manage a $15M budget, supervise accounting and IT staff/consultants, develop IT and compliance policies, and support Board committees to minimize organizational risk and enable program effectiveness.
