Part-time development intern supporting fundraising and donor engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with year-end giving campaigns, researching prospective funders, maintaining accurate donor database records, and completing administrative tasks for the development team. The role requires 15 hours weekly, including at least four in-person hours in Chicago, with occasional evening and weekend event work. Applicants must be enrolled at a university or community college and demonstrate organization, communication skills, and interest in environmental issues and nonprofit fundraising.

The Clean Energy Staff Attorney will litigate utility regulatory cases, develop advocacy strategies for clean energy, and mentor junior attorneys while ensuring equitable access to resources.

The CAO provides senior management of ELPC's business operations, overseeing finance (acting as CFO), HR, IT, compliance, risk management, leases/contracts, and audits. Works closely with the CEO and senior team to ensure financial health, manage a $15M budget, supervise accounting and IT staff/consultants, develop IT and compliance policies, and support Board committees to minimize organizational risk and enable program effectiveness.

Provide high-level paralegal support to a team of public interest attorneys: supervise legal assistant and deadlines; prepare, proofread, format, and file court documents; manage e-filing accounts; conduct factual, legal, and policy research; assist with discovery and court admissions; and perform administrative support as needed in a hybrid Chicago office.
