Own and improve accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Coordinate remote shared-service personnel, monitor deadlines and performance, resolve discrepancies, maintain process documentation, and support continuous improvement. The role also provides training and informal leadership, supports international accounting activities, and assists with finance-process implementation and transition into IFS.

Supervise environmental health and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, hazardous-material handling, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and employee training. Lead facilities operations, preventative maintenance, contractors, campus upgrades, budgeting, and a small facilities team. Drive safety culture, continuous improvement, documentation, and talent development while supporting production operations as needed.

Manages product lifecycle activities including SKU rationalization, pricing administration, product changes, portfolio management, commercialization, and product launches. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Support. Supports customer research, business cases, stage-gate processes, marketing campaigns, pricing analysis, RFP data collection, and product improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain the QuickScan C++/Qt software used for diagnostic readers, add features, debug and support production builds, manage build/release processes, integrate with the TotalHub cloud, and support manufacturing and field troubleshooting while producing developer documentation and following change management.
