Support assay development, validation, and technology transfer by executing ELISA and lateral flow experiments, maintaining electronic lab notebooks, analyzing data (Excel), preparing SOPs and reports, collaborating with R&D/QA/Manufacturing, and following quality and safety procedures in a regulated lab environment.

Lead day-to-day production across multiple manufacturing cells to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets. Drive continuous improvement using EBOS and lean methods, manage schedules, capacity, inventory, ERP shop orders, and cross-functional problem solving. Hire, coach, and develop production teams to deliver operational results.

Develop and maintain the QuickScan C++/Qt software used for diagnostic readers, add features, debug and support production builds, manage build/release processes, integrate with the TotalHub cloud, and support manufacturing and field troubleshooting while producing developer documentation and following change management.
