The Account Manager will drive growth by building relationships, managing sales processes, providing technical support, and ensuring contract compliance.

Manage HR service requests, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, and employee data updates in SAP SuccessFactors. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, maintain accurate records and documentation, monitor workflows, generate employment documents, coordinate pre-onboarding activities, and support system testing and enhancements while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams.

Lead plant reliability initiatives by optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting FMEA, RCM, and root cause analyses, improving asset integrity, managing critical spares, overseeing inspections, supporting capital projects, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. Lead site QSHE activities to ensure safe, compliant manufacturing operations. Maintain and improve ISO 9001/14001 systems, oversee quality assurance, audits, SHE, security, and regulatory compliance. Act as SAP/Manufex key user for quality processes, coach staff, report KPIs, and support lab and production quality and safety performance.

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality and efficiency. Develop process control procedures, analyze production trends, troubleshoot deviations, implement corrective actions, optimize process parameters, and support production operators through training and technical guidance. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a chemical or polymer production environment.

Execute laboratory quality tests per inspection plans, record and report abnormal results, maintain testing equipment and housekeeping, follow lab SOPs and SHEQ safety rules, coordinate cross-functional quality observations, and test/handle/dispose samples.

Coordinates production planning, capacity allocation, material availability, inventory control, process orders, and call-off orders. Converts master production schedules into detailed production plans, monitors deviations, resolves short-term supply disruptions, and collaborates with manufacturing, SCM, procurement, finance, and commercial teams. Supports quality compliance, monthly closings, backorder processing, supplier issue coordination, and continuous improvement.

Lead territory commercial activities for engineering materials across India: develop and implement territory and marketing plans, manage account managers and technical services, set price-volume-margin targets, secure distributor growth and contracts, drive project acquisition and commercialization, manage credit and rebates, and provide segment and value-chain intelligence to product strategy.

Support the production site by delivering cost overviews, driving monthly close, preparing and analyzing operations forecasts, supporting budgeting and product costing, and leading reporting improvements with focus on digitalization and automation.

Lead global receivables risk management and trade finance, overseeing credit assessments, credit control processes, credit limit management and trade finance solutions (LCs, guarantees, factoring, insurance). Manage a small team, optimize processes and digitalization, monitor KPIs (DSO), ensure compliance with policies and covenants, and partner with Sales, Treasury, banks and insurers to support international transactions and working capital.

The Solution Engineer will support IT solutions in the OT, R&T, and Quality Domains, focusing on LIMS QA systems and proposing innovative information solutions.
