The Account Manager will drive growth by building relationships, managing sales processes, providing technical support, and ensuring contract compliance.

Manage HR service requests, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, and employee data updates in SAP SuccessFactors. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, maintain accurate records and documentation, monitor workflows, generate employment documents, coordinate pre-onboarding activities, and support system testing and enhancements while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams.

Lead plant reliability initiatives by optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting FMEA, RCM, and root cause analyses, improving asset integrity, managing critical spares, overseeing inspections, supporting capital projects, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with maintenance and operations teams and use of SAP PM to monitor equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
