Supports the Electric Programs group by managing high-volume email workflows, maintaining SharePoint trackers and resources, performing data entry and verification, updating status reports, documenting procedures, and coordinating information flow across engineering, PMO, and client-facing teams.

Prepare and submit telecommunications and utility permit applications; coordinate with municipalities, contractors, vendors, and engineering teams; review maps, utility records, and field data; apply permitting regulations; track permit status and documentation; and support network planning, capacity reviews, and infrastructure expansion activities.

Leads telecommunications planning teams, assigns and prioritizes project work, oversees designs and field deliverables, audits compliance with client and industry standards, coordinates with clients and utilities, tracks project progress, manages documentation and timesheets, and supports successful project delivery. The role requires telecommunications expertise, knowledge of NESC and client requirements, project management skills, and the ability to assess network designs, clearances, configurations, and security risks.
