Support implementation and adoption of the company's LMS: learn product features, create documentation and presentations, schedule and deliver trainings/webinars, and assist project managers with requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and planning.

Design instructional and assessment strategies, draft learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content, interact with SMEs, review storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy, and manage a team of instructional writers to meet project schedules.

Design user interfaces and develop e-learning Flash pages from storyboards, incorporating visuals, interactivity, audio, and animations. Create graphics, illustrations, icons, buttons, and other interactive elements while following brand and usability guidelines.

Coordinate eLearning projects by understanding client needs, estimating scope and timelines, scheduling and tracking tasks, reviewing deliverables, and acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams.
