- Prior eLearning experience will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry
- Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents
- Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience

- Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content
Job Description:
- Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning.
- Will also draft the learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content creatively
- Will interact with SME’s for designing instructional for the learning
- Will also review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to client
- Will manage a team of Instructional Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules
Skills Required
- Prior eLearning experience
- Sound knowledge of instructional design theories and current learning industry practices
- Experience designing learning strategies and developing instructional design approach documents
- Exposure to developing courses for varied learner audiences
