Serves as the technical authority for the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Designs and develops Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flow, automation, integrations, and enterprise security solutions. Owns platform health, DevOps, releases, deployments, environments, support escalations, and enhancement queues. Partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, provides code reviews and mentorship, and evaluates emerging Salesforce capabilities.

Provides real-time client support through phone, texts, voicemails, and email. Resolves basic issues, routes and documents cases in Salesforce, escalates appropriately, and collaborates across departments to ensure accurate responses. Responsibilities include preparing project budget estimates, setting up and finalizing files, reconciling payroll, VFX, GST/HST/QST, and bank accounts, reviewing invoices and residency documentation, assisting with CPA audits, uploading documents to incentive portals, entering invoices, and responding to certification inquiries. The role also includes client and team meetings, discrepancy follow-up, and ad hoc projects.

Manage a payroll team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll per SLAs. Serve as payroll and systems subject matter expert, handle escalations and client communication, optimize workflows, ensure policy compliance, coach and develop staff, and support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.
