The Remittance Coordinator administers payroll and stakeholder accounts, processes union and statutory remittances, maintains account and membership records, resolves payroll and stakeholder issues, processes refunds, reconciles accounts, and supports tax compliance and year-end reporting. The role requires knowledge of workers compensation, employer health tax, garnishee orders, union remittances, basic accounting, and Microsoft Office. It is a hybrid office position with a stated annual salary of $55,000–$65,000.

Processes accounts receivable and payable transactions, including cash receipts, deposits, invoices, payments, collections, refunds, expense reports, and supplier reconciliations. Prepares aged receivable reports, performs month-end payroll and corporate AP reconciliations, assists with journal entries, supports banking activities, and responds to customer and supplier inquiries. Maintains accurate financial records, handles confidential information, and supports the broader Finance team in a high-volume hybrid office environment.

Manage a payroll team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll per SLAs. Serve as payroll and systems subject matter expert, handle escalations and client communication, optimize workflows, ensure policy compliance, coach and develop staff, and support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Verifies residual show setups and payments across distribution markets for compliance with guild contracts and company guidelines. The role researches and applies union agreements, supports procedure documentation, tests software for payment compliance, and maintains confidentiality of client and proprietary data. It requires strong arithmetic, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0–2 years of relevant contract, residual, accounting, or payroll experience.

Handles incentives-related invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, refund reconciliations, year-end working files, corporate tax returns, GST/QST filings, and audit documentation for production companies. Maintains organized digital files, responds to client inquiries, coordinates refund information, and supports tax compliance projects and internal meetings.

The Account Executive develops new business, manages client relationships, presents EP products and services, meets sales quotas, and conducts prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach. The role qualifies leads, manages opportunities, handles objections, coordinates client onboarding and project setup, documents client interactions in Salesforce, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction. Occasional client events and ongoing product training are also required.
