The Account Executive develops new business, manages client relationships, presents EP products and services, meets sales quotas, and conducts prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach. The role qualifies leads, manages opportunities, handles objections, coordinates client onboarding and project setup, documents client interactions in Salesforce, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction. Occasional client events and ongoing product training are also required.

Verifies residual show setups and payments across distribution markets for compliance with guild contracts and company guidelines. The role researches and applies union agreements, supports procedure documentation, tests software for payment compliance, and maintains confidentiality of client and proprietary data. It requires strong arithmetic, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0–2 years of relevant contract, residual, accounting, or payroll experience.

Provides desk-side and service desk support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, AV equipment, and workstation deployments. Manages user access, Active Directory, Exchange, inventory, onboarding and offboarding, ticket documentation, security incidents, and end-user training. Supports Windows enterprise environments and Apple devices, escalates complex issues, maintains knowledge-base content, and trains new technical support staff.
