Manage end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for ICI and P3 building projects. Coordinate subcontractor submittals, shop drawings, BIM clash detection, interfaces, schedules, budgets, procurement, claims, billing, safety, quality, commissioning, factory acceptance testing, and project handover. Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, contractual requirements, and project standards.

Develop cost estimates, management plans, dashboards, and performance reports while coordinating with project, procurement, subcontractor, commercial, schedule, and finance teams. Assess project changes, communicate status to stakeholders, and support team development and process improvement.
