Leads Indigenous Relations and labor relations strategy for major infrastructure projects. Builds partnerships with Indigenous communities, advances employment and procurement participation, supports engagement plans and PAIR Program objectives, and advises executives and project teams on unions, collective bargaining, grievances, workforce planning, and labor risks. The role also supports project pursuits, stakeholder commitments, workforce development, and responsible project delivery across Ontario and Canada.

Provides accounts payable and finance administration, including daily invoice entry, AP inbox management, vendor communication, statement reconciliation, and policy compliance. Supports cash management, accounts receivable follow-up, collections, unbilled work-in-progress analysis, general ledger maintenance, journal processing, cost tracking, and monthly balance sheet, P&L, and reporting preparation.

Analyzes and controls construction project costs by tracking expenses, managing budgets and forecasts, preparing variance reports, maintaining financial data integrity, supporting audits, and improving cost-control processes. Collaborates with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost allocation, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Supports financial and management reporting for construction and project-based operations. Responsibilities include analyzing project costs, profitability, overruns, and variances; preparing financial models, forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, and reports; performing month-end and year-end close activities; maintaining journal entries and accruals; supporting audits; ensuring GAAP and internal-control compliance; and improving financial reporting processes. Serves as a subject matter expert on Oracle accounting modules and collaborates with management and project teams.

Leads major construction and infrastructure pursuits from opportunity assessment through contract award. Coordinates estimating, scheduling, operations, engineering, proposal, executive, design, and partner teams; develops pursuit strategies, schedules, risk reviews, technical narratives, submissions, presentations, and compliance processes. Manages stakeholders, monitors performance, supports post-submission activities, mentors team members, and improves pursuit tools and practices.

Develop, maintain, and control construction project schedules using Primavera P6. Track dependencies, milestones, critical path activities, progress, schedule variances, delays, and forecast dates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, support recovery schedules and corrective actions, create micro-schedules, and develop what-if scenarios. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in an office-based infrastructure construction environment.

Manages full-cycle project accounting for a major infrastructure project, including payables, receivables, HST filings, accruals, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and month-end and year-end close. Monitors project costs, revenues, budgets, and cash flow; performs variance and cost-benefit analysis; supports project teams; and coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

Develops and maintains project schedules, allocates resources, monitors progress, analyzes critical paths, resolves scheduling conflicts, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Provides schedule performance reports, ensures deadlines are met, and improves scheduling processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and proficiency with scheduling tools in a fast-paced construction project environment.

Analyzes project financial performance, budgets, costs, cash flow, margins, forecasts, and commercial risks across construction projects. Produces cost reports, dashboards, financial models, and KPI analyses while supporting change orders, claims, contract compliance, bids, and risk assessments. Consolidates data from ERP, accounting, and project controls systems, presents insights to stakeholders, and supports process improvement and profitability initiatives.
