Teams at Enterprise for Progress in the Community (EPIC)

Supports infant and toddler classroom activities, developmental assessments, health screenings, documentation, family engagement, supervision, safety, and sanitation. Assists teachers, volunteers, and parents while maintaining culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate practices. Participates in meetings, professional development, family events, emergency response, and required Head Start, licensing, and agency procedures.

Provides administrative and enrollment support for an ECEAP center, coordinating family transitions, tours, orientations, communications, records, meetings, training documentation, and compliance activities. Supports center management, HR, USDA functions, office operations, visitor tracking, supplies, mailings, and emergency communications. May supervise site activities when the Center Manager is absent and helps maintain safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
