Own the Graph Platform end to end, including knowledge graphs, databases, model repositories, inferencing pipelines, indexing, reliability, scalability, and cloud costs. Design long-term architecture, operate data-intensive systems at scale, resolve production issues, establish observability and rollback practices, collaborate with product and SRE teams, and mentor engineers.

Work on scalable backend components for an AI-native customer intelligence platform: join design discussions, build serverless AWS systems, implement backend+AI integrations, debug and improve production systems, and deliver real features from concept to production.

Serve in the Founder's Office to drive technical program management across Engineering, Product & Design (run Agile ceremonies, roadmap tracking, and dependency management). Own GRC and audit programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), control design and cross-framework mapping, manage security reviews and trust documentation for enterprise customers, and build operating cadence and tooling for delivery and continuous compliance.
