Lead manufacturing accounting, financial close, cost and project accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, internal controls, ERP optimization, budgeting and forecasting. Partner with Operations and leadership to analyze manufacturing performance, support capital decisions, coach accounting staff, and drive continuous process improvements and audits.

Lead operation, maintenance, planning, and scheduling for ancillary and utility systems at a manufacturing plant. Coordinate maintenance work orders, resources, contractors, and CMMS documentation; drive preventive maintenance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen); train teams and support 24/7 operational readiness.

Operate and monitor continuous production lines in a cleanroom, perform in-process and finished product testing, maintain production logs and SPC data, follow work instructions and quality system procedures, perform basic line maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements.

Manage baselines, perform critical path and variance analysis, run update meetings, support recovery and acceleration planning, prepare executive reports, ensure planning standard compliance, and mentor junior schedulers across engineering, procurement, construction, and manufacturing teams.

Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, updates progress, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies variances and mitigation plans, prepares look-ahead schedules and milestone reports, manages subcontractor schedules, analyzes critical paths, and documents schedule impacts to ensure alignment with ENTEK standards.

Supervise daily electrical assembly operations, manage staffing and schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support training, continuous improvement, and production recovery to meet delivery commitments.

Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and controlled quality documentation for manufacturing. Collaborate with SMEs to translate processes into clear instructional content, support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, observe floor operations, and drive documentation standardization and continuous improvement.

Coordinate sales and project activities for equipment orders from quotation through shipment. Prepare and manage quotations, monitor order progress, communicate with customers and internal teams, handle change orders, enter data in the ERP, and support process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Perform physical and raw-material testing against specifications, record and communicate results, maintain lab equipment and cleanliness, follow QSPs/WIs, support continuous improvement, and ensure product quality and safety.
