Plan and schedule machine shop resources, production orders, and inventory replenishment. Evaluate materials, capacity, priorities, lead times, and disruptions while maintaining ERP routes, BOMs, and process data. Communicate schedules and commitments across operations, sales, project management, suppliers, and customers. Analyze production performance and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user devices, enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, networks, and identity systems. Configure and manage endpoints using Intune, JAMF, and SCCM; maintain asset records; apply patches and security controls; troubleshoot connectivity; document procedures; and support upgrades, cloud migrations, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Leads the design and implementation of electrical systems for automated manufacturing equipment and industrial process systems. Responsibilities include power distribution, circuit protection, schematics, panel layouts, component selection, BOMs, code compliance, controls integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, root-cause analysis, customer support, and project documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and provides technical guidance throughout fabrication, installation, and startup.
