Lead strategic planning and scheduling for ENTEK's most complex projects. Define standards, develop baselines, manage schedule risk and recovery, advise executives, mentor planning staff, ensure controlled schedule baselines, and drive continuous improvement in planning tools and methods.

Plan and schedule machine shop production, create and release work orders, manage BOMs/routes in ERP, monitor capacity and lead times, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, analyze production data, and support Lean continuous improvement to meet customer and inventory requirements.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts. Interpret blueprints and G/M-code, apply GD&T, perform inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, record production data, and support Lean initiatives (5S, continuous improvement).
