Provides onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, enterprise applications, and collaboration platforms. Manages endpoints using Intune, Jamf, and SCCM; maintains IT assets; applies patches and security configurations; supports identity access, endpoint security, networks, VPN, and VoIP. Participates in upgrades, cloud migrations, technology deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.

Leads the design and implementation of electrical systems for automated manufacturing equipment and industrial process systems. Responsibilities include power distribution, circuit protection, schematics, panel layouts, component selection, BOMs, code compliance, controls integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, root-cause analysis, customer support, and project documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and provides technical guidance throughout fabrication, installation, and startup.

Oversee supply chain operations for lithium-ion battery separator manufacturing, including inventory, production scheduling, logistics, warehousing, material flow, demand planning, and customer fulfillment. Lead S&OP processes, monitor KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage supply risks, develop personnel, and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is fully on-site in Terre Haute, Indiana, with 10–15% domestic and occasional international travel.
