Develops and maintains project and manufacturing schedules, monitors progress, material availability, capacity, inventory, lead times, and schedule variances. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, startup, supply chain, subcontractors, and suppliers to support delivery milestones. Prepares production forecasts, milestone reports, look-ahead schedules, and change-impact documentation while ensuring compliance with company scheduling standards.

Lead fabrication, welding, mechanical and electrical assembly operations, drive safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement, manage budgets and staffing, implement Lean and automation initiatives, support NPI and facility growth, and develop/managing leaders and cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

Serve as a trusted HR partner in a manufacturing site, providing day-to-day HR support, employee relations, benefits and HRIS administration, compliance, training tracking, engagement activities, and continuous improvement to support leaders and employees across all shifts.
