Coordinate global R&D shipments, customer samples, and internal material transfers across regions. Ensure accurate documentation, compliant packaging, traceability, material readiness, and on-time delivery. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and root causes while driving resolution and process improvements. Partner with R&D, operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, trade compliance, EHS, and quality teams to manage cross-functional handoffs and support NPI execution.

Support the EHS team with process safety and EHS documentation, site inspections and audits, CAPA monitoring, EHS training delivery, record keeping, and administrative tasks.

Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment to produce graphite, silicon carbide, and specialty-material parts from blueprints and customer specifications. Use precision measuring tools, complete machining tasks, perform visual inspections, follow safety and manufacturing procedures, and support preventative maintenance and housekeeping. The role requires shift flexibility and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive, demanding work.
