Lead cross-functional, end-to-end order lifecycle projects in a complex manufacturing environment. Drive schedule adherence, delivery predictability, KPI tracking, RCA/CAPA, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Customer Service. Build dashboards, manage risks, support contract execution, and lead change management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; manage inventory and coordinate with procurement, production, quality, maintenance, and logistics; analyze KPIs, generate reports, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
