Lead manufacturing engineer responsible for grooving, milling, and cleaning-room processes at Aurora site. Own CNC program development (G/M-code), troubleshoot equipment, drive NPIs/PCNs, lead continuous improvement and qualification efforts, apply DOE/Six Sigma/SPC, and support safety/EHS and equipment installation projects.

Serve as a cross-functional Customer Quality Engineer supporting materials solutions, managing customer issues, change management, audits, project development, and continuous improvement using quality tools and cross-regional collaboration.

Lead design, development, and commissioning of PLC/HMI/SCADA control systems and MES integration for a 24/7 manufacturing site. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize automation, perform FAT/SAT, mentor team members, ensure safety/compliance, and produce technical documentation and training.
